A person filing an appeal is required to pay non refundable fee of
i.    Tshs. 10,000 upon lodging notice of appeal, 
ii.    Tshs.100,000 upon lodging statement of appeal, 
iii.    Tshs.10,000 for preparation of proceedings & Judgment/Ruling, 
iv.    Tshs.10,000 for preparation of Decree/Order, 
v.    Tshs.5,000 for annexture to the pleadings, 
vi.    Tshs.10,000 for application for issue of witness summons, 
vii.    Tshs.30,000 upon lodging Applications, 
viii.    Tshs.20,000 for application for execution of a decree or order and 
ix.    Tshs. 5,000 for perusal fee.
